Shipping Policy
Shipments will be going through the UPSP system fees are included in the cart during checkout. This includes a $5.00 fee the cover time and materials. Tracking numbers will be sent to customers.

Please understand that each item are handcrafted, unique and will have characteristics/imperfections. "Happy little accidents".
We cannot be responsible if a package is lost in transit. Once shipped the package is out of our control. The packages will have a minimum of $50.00 insurance. After the claim is settled, this can be refunded or applied to another product.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are considered final. There is no exchange or refund for product that has been shipped.

Please note that different monitors/screens will show color distortions and variations. This may make the product look slightly different once you received it. The resolutions of the monitor and the angles of the pictures may or may not show all the unique characteristics of the item.
